Section titled “Content and User Submissions”The Service allows users to submit spot coordinates, public facility notes, and corrections. You are solely responsible for the information you submit.
When you submit content to the Service, you grant us an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and distribute that content.
You may not submit:
- Unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or harassing content.
- Private personal information of any individual.
- Commercial spam, mass self-promotion, or advertising.
- Malicious code, links, or corrupted data.

Section titled “Disclaimer of Information”All spot data, coordinates, operating hours, and facility statuses are compiled from public open data and volunteer submissions. We do not verify or authenticate every entry. We make no representations or warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or physical safety. You assume full responsibility for your use of this information.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Section titled “Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability”THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
IN NO EVENT SHALL POOREXPAT, ITS OPERATORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING RELIANCE ON ANY FACILITY OR ROUTE LISTED ON THIS PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO ZERO DOLLARS ($0.00).
Indemnification
