- Direct Communication: If you email us via poorexpat@icloud.com, we collect your email address and message content solely to reply to your inquiry or review your suggestion.
- User Submissions: If you submit a public coordinate or facility update, we store the submitted location data. Do not include personal names or sensitive private information in your submissions.
- Server Logs and Edge Security: Our site is hosted and routed via Cloudflare. Standard access logs, such as IP addresses, browser user agents, and requested URLs, are temporarily processed to prevent abuse and block automated threats.

Because we do not link browsing behavior to identifiable individuals or keep personal profiles, we cannot retrieve or provide personal dossiers.
